Qualifications

• Experience in events, hospitality, private clubs, luxury service, or related environment.
• Excellent communication and relationship-management skills.

• Ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage event enquiries and develop suitable proposals based on client requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with members, guests, corporate contacts, and selected partners.
• Conduct meetings and venue visits in a professional and welcoming manner.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth planning and delivery of events.
• Maintain accurate records of enquiries, bookings, and client communications.
• Follow up with clients and guests to encourage continued engagement and future opportunities.
• Support development of new business through networks, referrals, and relationship-building.
• Ensure all communication and service delivery reflect the club’s standards, values, and discretion.
• Assist with event forecasts, reporting, and general commercial administration.
• Remain informed about relevant market trends and opportunities.
