Job summary

Laundristic LLC in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Customer Service Supervisor to lead a multilingual team and manage high-end client interactions across WhatsApp, email and phone.

You will coordinate with delivery teams, oversee billing processes, and ensure confidentiality and exceptional service for VIP clients. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5–8 years in customer service with at least 2 years in supervision, with experience in luxury retail or premium garment care.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-8 years in customer service, with 2+ years in supervision.
• Experience in Luxury retail, Hospitality, premium garment care.
• VIP or high-profile clientele experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily customer service activities, calls, WhatsApp, and email.
• Ensure timely, professional, and personalized responses.
• Handle escalated complaints and sensitive client matters.
• Coordinate between customer service operations and delivery teams.
• Oversee billing, proforma invoices, and discount approvals.
• Maintain accurate records of client communication.
• Train and mentor customer service team members.
• Ensure strict confidentiality of client and brand information.
