Chalhoub Group in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Department Supervisor to support the Department Manager in daily operations and uphold luxury service standards on the shop floor. You will lead by example, coach team members, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction while maintaining product availability and department presentation.

The role requires proven luxury fashion retail leadership, strong product knowledge, and the ability to manage large teams with a hands-on, floor-focused management

Qualificações

• Proven experience in a retail leadership role within luxury fashion.
• Strong product knowledge across Women's Ready-to-Wear and/or Leather Goods.
• Demonstrated success in leading, coaching and developing sizeable retail teams.

Responsabilidades

• Support day-to-day department operations and priorities.
• Maintain a strong presence on the shop floor, lead by example.
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve queries or complaints.
