Confidential Careers in Dubai is seeking a Retail Sales Executive for Luxury & Premium Brands to own the customer experience in a dedicated store area. You will engage Arabic- and English-speaking customers, understand preferences, and convert interactions into sales while upholding premium service standards.

You will maintain product knowledge across brands, support stock and merchandising, and use POS/CRM tools to drive revenue and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced luxury retail

Formación

• 1–3 years of retail or sales experience is required.
• Fluent Arabic with strong English communication.
• Interest in luxury and premium brands and service excellence.
• Professional grooming and presentation for premium retail environments.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome customers in Arabic and English, identify needs, and recommend relevant luxury products to drive conversion.
• Own sales targets and pipeline activity, executing demonstrations, upselling, and closing to achieve revenue goals.
• Build lasting customer relationships through follow-up, clienteling, and personalized interactions that encourage repeat visits.
• Maintain in-depth product knowledge across assigned brands, features, pricing, and availability to protect premium reputation.
• Process transactions accurately, manage payments, exchanges, and documentation while following controls.
• Support visual merchandising, stock replenishment, product presentation, and store readiness to uphold premium standards.
• Collaborate with store colleagues on daily priorities, stock matters, and operational issues for smooth execution.
• Communicate confidently with a diverse Dubai audience, balancing Arabic and English interactions.
