Job summary

The role requires 2+ years in luxury customer service, fluency in English and Arabic, and strong relationship-building and time-management skills. You will develop and refine engagement scripts and ensure high standards in complaint resolution while maintaining salon scheduling and targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in contact center or customer service for a luxury brand.
• Experience in luxury beauty, hospitality, or medical environment preferred.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.

Responsibilities

• Manage communications across WhatsApp, Instagram, calls, emails, and online bookings.
• Develop and improve Brau customer engagement scripts.
• Respond to inquiries with high standards and facilitate complaint resolution.
