Ideal candidates have luxury service background and fluent Arabic and English, can work 45 hours per week including weekends, and inspire trust with professional, proactive communication.

Qualifications

• Luxury customer service background, shop floor or online contact centre.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English (essential).
• Passionate and confident ability to deliver dazzling world‑class customer service by phone and email.
• Resourceful, able to work with limited supervision and use personal initiative.
• Positive can‑do attitude and approach to day‑to‑day challenges.
• Self‑assured with styling abilities to provide individualized service.
• Available to work 45 hours a week and two days of weekend.

Responsibilities

• Online customer support via phone, email, and social media.
• Support sales by staying aware of current trends, styles, and availability of products.
• Liaise with boutiques, logistics, and other partners to ensure up‑to‑date delivery schedule.
• Ensure exemplary levels of customer service are displayed at all times and brand values are reflected in all interactions.
• Serve as the front‑line voice and ears of Farfetch.
