Qualifications

• 1–3 years of customer-facing retail experience, preferably in luxury or premium brands.
• Fluent Arabic with strong English communication.
• Ability to engage customers in person and drive sales through consultative selling.
• Comfort with POS, CRM, inventory, and basic reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers in Arabic and English, identify needs, and recommend products.
• Own sales targets and pipeline activity with demonstrations, upselling, and closing.
• Build lasting relationships through personalized follow-up and clienteling.
• Maintain premium product knowledge, visual standards, and stock accuracy.
• Process transactions accurately and ensure compliant store operations.
• Support merchandising, stock replenishment, and daily store readiness.
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain smooth execution and customer experience.
• Maintain professional grooming and confident presence in a fast-paced retail setting.
