Job summary

HUMAN-AI-Z Nexus Technology in Dubai seeks a hands-on CRM & Clienteling Manager to own customer data end-to-end, design segmentation, and drive data-capture discipline across all stores. You will train store teams and run clienteling initiatives.

The role focuses on extracting, cleaning, and leveraging data to boost repeat purchases and revenue, with direct ownership and measurable impact in a luxury retail environment.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in retail CRM or clienteling with at least 3 years in luxury fashion or jewelry.
• Advanced Excel; SQL or equivalent to work with raw POS exports.

Responsibilities

• Audit, extract, clean POS data; build a unified client database.
• Design and run RFM segmentation; produce monthly management insights.
• Build clienteling programs via WhatsApp Business and email.
• Set data-capture targets per store; train teams; audit weekly.
• Ensure UAE PDPL data privacy compliance.
• Select and implement a low-cost CRM tool; own end-to-end.
• Track ROI: repeat rate, reactivation revenue, segment spend.
