Responsibilities

Greet guests upon arrival with a warm, friendly, and professional demeanor.
Escort guests to the front desk or designated check-in area and assist with luggage coordination.
Provide basic information about the resort, amenities, and services.
Coordinate with bell staff, concierge, and front desk to ensure seamless guest arrivals.
Anticipate guest needs and offer proactive assistance.
Support VIP and special guest arrivals with personalized attention.
Maintain a welcoming and organized entrance/lobby area in the Resort Tower.
Handle guest inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department or team member.
Assist in managing guest flow during peak arrival times.
Ensure qualitative Forbes Five Star standards are delivered.
Uphold brand standards and ensure a consistent luxury experience.
