Job summary

Wynn Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah seeks a Front Office Agent – Resort Tower to join the Resort Tower Operations team, delivering Forbes Five-Star level service to guests with genuine hospitality and professional management of check-ins and concierge requests.

Ideal candidates bring luxury front desk experience, exceptional English communication, and the ability to multitask while maintaining impeccable presentation and guest focus.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in front office or guest services preferred, ideally in a luxury setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Proficiency in property management systems and Microsoft Office.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Professional appearance and guest-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with genuine hospitality and assist with check-in/check-out procedures.
• Handle room assignments, billing inquiries, and guest requests efficiently and accurately.
• Provide information about resort amenities, services, and local attractions.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, concierge, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Respond to guest concerns and service recovery situations with professionalism and empathy.
• Maintain accurate guest records and ensure confidentiality of personal information.
• Promote resort services and upsell room upgrades or packages when appropriate.
• Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and aligned with brand standards.
• Ensure qualitative Forbes Five-Star standards are delivered.
• Follow all operational procedures and safety protocols.
• Support VIP arrivals and special requests with personalized attention.
