Job summary

Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking a Front Office Greeter to join the Front Office – Resort Tower Operations team at our UAE resort. You will welcome guests, escort them to the front desk, and provide information on amenities and services.

Ideal candidates are experienced in hospitality, fluent in English, and capable of multitasking in a luxury environment with Forbes Travel Guide standards in mind.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or guest services.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent English; additional languages a plus.
• Warm, approachable personality with professional appearance.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
• Familiarity with Forbes Travel Guide standards is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival with a warm, friendly, and professional demeanor.
• Escort guests to check-in areas and assist with luggage coordination.
• Provide basic information about the resort, amenities, and services.
• Coordinate with bell staff, concierge, and front desk for seamless arrivals.
• Anticipate guest needs and offer proactive assistance.
• Support VIP arrivals with personalized attention and uphold luxury standards.
