Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in Forbes Travel Guide or luxury hospitality.
• Experience in Call Center, Guest Relations, or Front Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; professional phone etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls promptly and professionally per Forbes and Wynn standards.
• Handle pre-arrival emails and guest communications accurately.
• Assist guests with reservations, requests, and inquiries.
• Coordinate with internal departments to fulfill guest requests.
• Provide information on hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
• Log and track interactions and follow-ups in the system.
• Support Front Office operations during peak periods and events.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of guest information.
