You will personalize service, anticipate guest needs, and collaborate with all departments to deliver an exceptional luxury experience. Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of PMS and MS Office is essential. Previous 2+ years in hospitality preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of total hospitality experience.
• 1–3 years direct experience in a Guest Service/Front Desk role in a 5-star hotel.
• Proficiency in English (verbal and written) and strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle check-in/check-out, reservations, and concierge services per luxury standards.
• Provide personalized service and anticipate guest needs to create memorable experiences.
• Identify and resolve guest issues with empathy and professionalism.
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments and act as a brand ambassador.
