Job summary

Accor in Sharjah, UAE seeks a friendly Guest Service Agent to be the welcoming face of the hotel, handling check-in/check-out, inquiries and local recommendations. You will collaborate with departments to fulfill guest requests, promote hotel facilities, and ensure a seamless, memorable stay for an international clientele.

The ideal candidate has luxury hospitality experience, excellent communication, and a detail-oriented approach, with flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Guest Service Agent or similar role in luxury hospitality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for customer service.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Arabic language skills are an advantage.
• Proficiency with OperaCloud or similar hotel management software.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Efficiently manage check-in and check-out with accuracy.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions in Sharjah.
• Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and ensure comfort.
• Promote hotel facilities and upsell services where appropriate.
