Job summary

The Luxury Collection in Dubai is seeking a proactive Concierge Supervisor to support daily operations, ensure personalized service, and assist guests with reservations, transportation, and local experiences.

You will lead Concierge colleagues, train staff, manage VIP requests, build relationships with partners, and ensure seamless communication across departments while maintaining luxury standards.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of related work experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.

Support the daily operations of the Concierge team , ensuring the delivery of highly personalized, intuitive, and efficient service throughout the guest journey. Assist guests with restaurant reservations, transportation, local attractions, entertainment, special occasions, itineraries, and other individual requests while demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of the hotel and destination.

Anticipate guest needs and preferences, providing thoughtful recommendations and creating memorable experiences tailored to individual requirements. Handle VIP and special-attention guests with discretion and ensure their preferences and requests are effectively communicated and coordinated with relevant departments.

Maintain a thorough and up-to-date knowledge of the hotel's facilities, services, restaurants, events, local attractions, transportation options, entertainment venues, and other points of interest. Establish and maintain professional relationships with reputable external service providers to facilitate guest requests while adhering to company policies and standards.

Ensure all guest requests are accurately recorded, communicated, and followed through to completion. Take ownership of guest requests and concerns, coordinating with appropriate departments when necessary and following up with guests to ensure complete satisfaction.

Actively engage with guests in the lobby and Concierge areas, creating opportunities to anticipate needs rather than waiting for requests. Welcome and acknowledge guests in a warm, genuine, and personalized manner and consistently demonstrate the service behaviors expected within a luxury hospitality environment.

Supervisory & Leadership Responsibilities

Assist management in the training, coaching, evaluating, counseling, motivating, and development of Concierge employees. Serve as a role model by consistently demonstrating professional behavior, exceptional service, and a commitment to luxury hospitality standards.

Support daily briefings and communicate important information related to VIP arrivals, special occasions, guest preferences, events, transportation arrangements, and operational priorities.

Monitor Concierge staffing and daily assignments to ensure adequate coverage based on occupancy, guest movement, and business requirements. Provide guidance and support to Concierge associates during peak periods and assist in resolving complex guest requests.

Develop and maintain positive and collaborative working relationships with employees and other departments. Encourage teamwork and support colleagues in achieving common guest service and operational goals.

Preferred Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
