Dorchester Collection Dubai, The Lana Residences, is seeking a Residence Concierge to deliver exceptional guest experiences across luxury residences and hotel environments.

You will lead front-of-house operations, greet residents and guests, and collaborate with Doormen, Lobby and Wellness Hosts to uphold our We Care culture.

Fluent English is essential; prior hospitality experience preferred; the role offers world-class development and staff benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong English communication skills essential.
• Ability to manage multiple relationships and tasks.
• Excellent guest service and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front of house operations in Residence Lobby.
• Greet residents and visitors and make them feel at home.
• Motivate, train, supervise and counsel the team (Doormen, Lobby & Wellness Hosts).
• Plan daily, weekly, monthly assignments for Doormen and Lobby & Wellness Hosts.
