Qualifications

• College degree in business, hospitality, or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of Dubai city and venues required.
• 1–2 years in a public contact position in upscale lifestyle hotels.
• Strong English verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Concierge team and create a guest-first environment.
• Build and maintain relationships with Dubai restaurants, bars, venues, and theatres.
• Strive to increase guest satisfaction per TripAdvisor and feedback.
• Manage the team’s day-to-day performance and guest-satisfaction metrics.
• Promote in-house resources and outlets.
• Ensure knowledge of Dubai events, transport, openings, and sightseeing.
• Maintain reporting procedures for guest-related incidents and requests.
• Be conversant with hotel features, services, and current availability.
• Assist with business service requests and ordering per hotel policy.
