Wynn Al Marjan Island in the UAE is seeking a Promotion Specialist to join the Wynn Rewards team. You will manage loyalty programs, develop campaigns via email, SMS, and app notifications, and work with Creative, Legal, and Operations to meet objectives.

The role requires 1–3 years in loyalty marketing, strong analytical skills, proficiency with Excel and CRM tools, and familiarity with email service providers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field is required.
• 1–3 years of loyalty marketing experience in hospitality or gaming preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and CRM tools.
• Experience with email/SMS campaigns and app notifications is a plus.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize loyalty programs (e.g., Players Club, tier benefits).
• Create and deploy targeted marketing campaigns via email, SMS, and app notifications.
• Analyze customer behavior and report on campaign ROI.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to align loyalty initiatives.
• Support promotional events and VIP experiences tied to loyalty programs.
