Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking a Promotion Specialist to join the Wynn Rewards team. The role focuses on managing loyalty programs, developing and executing targeted campaigns via email, SMS, and app notifications, and analyzing customer data to optimize engagement and ROI.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field with 1–3 years of loyalty marketing experience and strong proficiency in Excel, CRMs, and campaign tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
• 1–3 years of loyalty marketing experience, preferably in gaming or hospitality.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, CRM platforms, and campaign tools.
• Experience with email service providers (e.g., Braze, Movable Ink) is a plus.
• Understanding HTML/CSS is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Loyalty Program Management: Administer and optimize loyalty programs; monitor performance and rewards distribution.
• Campaign Development & Execution: Create campaigns via email, SMS, and app notifications; ensure QA and compliance.
• Customer Insights & Data Analysis: Analyze customer behavior, segmentation, and ROI; prepare reports.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align loyalty initiatives with multiple departments and vendors.
• Customer Experience & Support: Serve as a point of contact for inquiries and feedback; improve journey personalization.
