Job description

Davidson Management Consultants have been mandated to recruit a Specialist Longevity and Integrative Medicine Physician for their client in Dubai, a reputed chain of holistic wellness and integrative medicine clinics across Dubai and UAE. We are looking for Physicians with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Take a proactive, whole-person approach to healthcare, combining conventional treatments with evidence based complementary therapies.
• Address the root cause of diseases and optimize overall well‑being rather than only managing symptoms.
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations that consider the patient's full medical history, genetic factors, lifestyle, mental and emotional state, and environmental exposures to identify the underlying causes of health issues.
• Utilize advanced diagnostics beyond routine lab work to get a complete picture of a patient's health, including genetic screening, biomarker analysis, and functional medicine evaluations.
• Focus on preventing age‑related chronic diseases such as heart disease, diabetes and neuro‑degenerative disorders, and provide proactive interventions and lifestyle modifications to slow the biological ageing process.
• Develop and implement highly customized plans that integrate both conventional and alternative approaches, such as nutritional counselling, exercise regimens, stress‑management techniques and targeted supplementation.
• Work with a wide range of healthcare professionals, including nutritionists, health coaches, physical therapists and other specialists, to provide coordinated and comprehensive care.
• Administer and oversee advanced therapies such as peptide therapy, hormone optimisation and regenerative medicine to improve cellular function, tissue repair and overall vitality.
• Stay current with the latest research and advancements in the rapidly evolving fields of longevity science, functional medicine and integrative health practices.
• Empower patients to take an active role in their own health journey by providing education on wellness strategies, disease prevention and the science behind their treatment plan.
• Maintain thorough and accurate medical records and ensure all procedures and practices adhere to ethical standards and relevant healthcare regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3‑5 years of clinical experience in the field of integrative, functional or longevity medicine.
• Board certification or diploma in anti‑aging medicine, longevity medicine, integrative medicine, functional medicine or alternative medicine.

Salary

Salary: AED 40,000 per month plus incentives (salary mentioned on the advertisement is indicative. The final offer lies at the discretion of the client and will be made after completion of interviews).
