Job summary

DP World Logistics GCC is seeking a Sales Support Executive to quote on behalf of the commercial team, manage the quotation and contract process, and help grow revenue by securing competitive pricing. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
• Understanding of logistics services (freight forwarding, warehousing, customs brokerage) and customer dynamics.
• Proven ability to acquire, develop, and maintain SME customer relationships.
• Strong pricing, quotations, and contract process knowledge within logistics.

Responsibilities

• Quote on behalf of the DP World Logistics Commercial team.
• Own and execute the quotation and contract process with relevant stakeholders.
• Acquire new SME customers for logistics services, including freight, warehousing, and customs brokerage.
• Liaise with internal departments, DP World global offices, and external logistics partners to support opportunity development.
• Ensure CRM tools are updated accurately and on time.
• Support system updates, address operational issues, and manage cross-functional collaboration.
• Ensure all opportunities are updated promptly and maintained to a high standard of quality.
• Develop analytical reports and presentation decks for Quote Tracker, Weekly/ Monthly Performance, BRM, Pipeline, Market outreach, Hit Rate, Campaigns.
• Facilitate front line Sales at Orders Issue Resolution, Account registration, Invoicing and related challenges with shipments.
• Be the buddy of Account Owners facilitating internal navigation when they are in market.
• Interpreting Financial and Market Analysis: Understands complex analyses to inform strategy.
• Commercial / Strategy - Building rapport and establishing trust with customers to gain buy-in.
