Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain shipping documents, delivery notes, invoices, and records.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily freight, logistics, transportation, and delivery activities.
• Plan and monitor shipment schedules to ensure timely movement of goods.
• Coordinate with drivers, freight partners, warehouses, customers, and service providers.
• Track shipments and provide timely status updates to customers and management.
• Prepare and maintain shipping documents, delivery notes, invoices, and logistics records.
• Verify shipment details, quantities, and documentation before dispatch.
• Coordinate loading, unloading, collection, and delivery activities with relevant teams.
• Monitor shipment delays, delivery issues, and discrepancies and arrange appropriate solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of freight movements, transportation activities, and delivery schedules.
• Assist with monitoring transportation costs and identifying opportunities for operational improvement.
• Ensure logistics activities comply with company procedures and applicable UAE regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, transportation, or supply chain operations.
• Good understanding of shipment coordination, freight documentation, and delivery procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and logistics or ERP software.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple shipments and priorities under tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of Dubai routes and UAE logistics procedures is an advantage.
