• Bachelor or diploma in logistics or related field required.
• 2–4 years of logistics or freight operations experience.
• Familiar with shipment coordination and delivery procedures.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily freight, logistics, transportation, and delivery activities.
• Plan and monitor shipment schedules to ensure timely movement of goods.
• Coordinate with drivers, freight partners, warehouses, customers, and service providers.
• Track shipments and provide status updates to customers and management.
• Prepare and maintain shipping documents, delivery notes, invoices, and records.
• Verify shipment details and documentation before dispatch.
• Coordinate loading/unloading and delivery with relevant teams.
• Monitor delays and issues and arrange solutions.
• Maintain records of freight movements and schedules.
• Assist with monitoring transportation costs and identify improvement opportunities.
• Ensure activities comply with UAE regulations and company procedures.
• Prepare logistics reports and provide updates to management.
