Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate company vehicles to transport goods and materials to designated locations. Ensure that all deliveries are made on time and in accordance with company policies.
• Conduct routine vehicle checks to ensure optimal performance, including monitoring fuel, oil, and tire conditions. Report any vehicle issues or necessary repairs to the fleet management team promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including delivery times, routes taken, and any delays or issues encountered. Ensure proper documentation is completed for each delivery, such as invoices and delivery notes.
• Provide excellent customer service by ensuring safe and timely delivery of products. Assist in loading and unloading goods when necessary and ensure products are handled with care.
• Adhere to all traffic laws, road safety regulations, and company policies regarding driving and delivery. Follow the prescribed delivery routes and ensure compliance with company procedures.
