Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field is an advantage.
• 2–4 years of experience as Storekeeper, Warehouse Assistant or Inventory Controller.
• Good knowledge of warehouse operations, stock control procedures, and ERP/Excel.
• Strong organizational, record-keeping and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods, materials and freight supplies.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and regularly update stock information.
• Monitor stock levels and notify supervisors when replenishment is required.
• Issue materials to authorized personnel with proper documentation.
• Organize warehouse items to maximize storage space and ease of access.
• Conduct regular stock counts and assist with audits and reconciliations.
• Verify deliveries against purchase orders and related documents.
• Record stock receipts, transfers, returns, and dispatches accurately.
• Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and warehouse teams on stock needs.
• Ensure stored goods are handled to prevent damage or loss.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Report damaged, missing, or expired materials to supervisors.
• Update inventory information using spreadsheets or warehouse systems.
