Job summary

Al Tayer Group in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, is seeking a proactive Customer Service Executive to support deliveries and resolve queries with precision and speed.

You will handle customer calls, coordinate with dispatch and delivery teams, maintain delivery records, and ensure service standards and KPI targets are met. Diploma or Pre-University education and 2–4 years in logistics are preferred.

• 2-4 years relevant experience in logistics Industry
• Diploma or Pre-University

Responsibilities

• Handle customer calls and provide them with the right information regarding products and deliveries.
• Phone customers to set appointments for D&A 2 days prior to delivery and liaise with the delivery team to track delays.
• Coordinate with the dispatch team to ensure products are dispatched as per schedule.
• Coordinate with stores to understand delivery terms and ensure services are provided during delivery.
• Address customer complaints by directing to the right people or providing accurate information.
• Adhere to service standards on response time and escalate as needed to meet KPIs.
• Take regular feedback from customers and present issues to departments.
• Maintain delivery records and feedback and elevate for action.
• Train & monitor the delivery team to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Maintain HSE practices to minimize risk and incidents.
• Remind colleagues to adhere to HSE processes.
• Review operations for risk and escalate concerns to HSE committee.
