Job summary

Al Tayer Group's Insignia division is seeking a dedicated Customer Service professional to support luxury retail logistics across the UAE. You will respond to client inquiries, manage delivery information, and coordinate with dispatch and stores to ensure timely, accurate deliveries.

The role requires 2–4 years in logistics, a Diploma or Pre-University, and a commitment to service excellence and HSE standards.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to handle queries and resolve issues promptly.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer calls and provide information on products and deliveries, and set delivery appointment calls two days before delivery.
• Coordinate with dispatch to ensure products are dispatched on schedule.
• Liaise with stores to confirm delivery terms and ensure services are provided during delivery.
• Address customer complaints by directing to the right people or providing accurate information.
• Adhere to service standards and escalate queries to meet KPIs.
• Collect regular customer feedback and report trends to departments; maintain delivery records.
• Train and monitor the delivery team to maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Uphold HSE practices and remind colleagues to follow company HSE processes.
• Review operational processes for risk and escalate concerns to HSE committee.
