Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and personalized welcome.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for guest inquiries and requests in the lobby area.
• Promote and upsell the hotel’s Food & Beverage outlets, menus, and special offers.
• Provide accurate information about hotel services, local attractions, and events.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly.
• Maintain a professional and polished appearance at all times.
