Job summary

Al-Futtaim is seeking a Lobby Ambassador to welcome guests, share information about hotel facilities, and coordinate transportation at a Dubai-based hotel. The role emphasizes delivering exceptional front desk service in line with IHG brand standards and ensuring a seamless guest experience from arrival to departure.

Candidates should have at least one year of front desk experience, strong English communication skills, and the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year experience in a front desk or similar position, preferably in a 5-star property.
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are advantageous but not essential.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests on arrival with a warm welcome and maintain a positive first impression.
• Provide detailed knowledge of hotel facilities and services to guests.
• Handle guest inquiries and refer issues to supervisor when needed.
• Coordinate guest transportation and airport transfer arrangements.
• Assist with flight arrivals, baggage clearance, and VIP arrivals coordination.
• Compile daily reports and monitor new bookings and changes.
