Job summary

Al-Futtaim invites applications for a Lobby Ambassador position at a Dubai hotel. You will deliver a welcoming first impression, provide facility knowledge, and assist guests from arrival to departure with exceptional service.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, coordinating transportation, processing arrivals and departures, and supporting the guest relations team with daily reports and loyalty programs. Fluency in English is essential; other languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills for guest and colleague interactions.
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are advantageous but not essential.
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks under pressure.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Guest Relations: Greet guests warmly, know facilities and services, address inquiries, promote loyalty programs, and refer issues to the supervisor when needed.
• Transportation Coordination: Handle airport pick-up requests, assist guests on arrival, coordinate VIP arrivals and transport, assist with check-in and baggage clearance.
• Administrative Duties: Compile daily reports, track new bookings, and support promotions and loyalty programs; maintain professional appearance and deportment.
