The role requires at least 3 years of UAE experience, strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, and fluency in Arabic and English. A valid UAE driving license is mandatory; you will draft, review, and negotiate documents and conduct legal research.
Provide legal advice and guidance to the company on UAE laws and regulations.
Handle labour-related legal matters and ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law.
Manage and follow up on cases and matters before Dubai Courts and relevant authorities.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal documents.
Conduct legal research and provide practical legal solutions.
Liaise with government authorities, courts, lawyers, and other relevant parties
Minimum 3 years of relevant legal experience in the UAE.
Strong knowledge and practical experience in UAE Laws and Regulations.
Excellent knowledge of UAE Labour Law and employment-related matters.
Familiarity with UAE government legal systems and platforms.
Good understanding and practical experience with the Dubai Courts system and procedures.
Ability to handle legal cases, prepare legal documents, contracts, notices, and correspondence.
Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills.
Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
