Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law; UAE qualification is an advantage.
• 7–10 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE laws, court procedures, and legal practices.
• Experience drafting pleadings, legal notices, contracts, and legal submissions.
• Familiarity with Dubai Courts, Public Prosecution, and other UAE government systems.
• Excellent legal research, drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
• Fluent in Arabic and English; bilingual skills are advantageous.
