Handle legal matters related to UAE.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with external advocates, legal consultants, and government authorities.
• Prepare legal opinions, memorandums, legal notices, and official correspondence.
• Assist in case preparation, legal documentation, and follow-up.
• Draft, review, and amend legal documents such as Powers of Attorney (POA), Commercial Agreements, Employment Contracts, Service Agreements, Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs), Legal Notices, and Settlement Agreements.
• Ensure all legal documents comply with UAE laws and regulations.
• Provide legal advice on contractual and corporate matters.
• Manage the company’s legal communication platforms including WhatsApp Business and other social media.
• Create and publish professional legal content in Arabic and English.
• Respond to client inquiries and provide preliminary legal guidance through approved communication channels.
• Promote the company’s legal services while ensuring compliance with UAE legal advertising regulations.
