Job summary

Altron, situated in Dubai, is seeking a Legal Advisor to provide comprehensive legal counsel on corporate and commercial matters. This role includes drafting contracts, reviewing agreements, and ensuring compliance with UAE laws and regulations.

The ideal candidate will also manage employment law issues and liaise with regulatory authorities, assisting in risk management and corporate governance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in corporate and commercial law.
• Strong understanding of UAE laws and regulations.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

• Provide legal advice on corporate, commercial, and operational matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal notices.
• Ensure compliance with UAE laws, regulations, and corporate governance requirements.

• Handle employment and labour law matters, including HR policies and disputes.
• Advise on litigation strategy and coordinate with external law firms where required.
• Support debt recovery, commercial disputes, and risk management.
• Assist with company formation, licensing, regulatory approvals, and compliance.
• Protect the company's legal interests across all business units.
