Job summary

GEOSCIENCE TESTING LABORATORY is seeking a Legal Advisor in Dubai to provide guidance across business operations, contracts, compliance and corporate matters.

You will draft, review and negotiate contracts, ensure UAE compliance, identify risks, and coordinate with external lawyers as needed to support management on corporate and regulatory matters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in law or equivalent legal qualification.
• 2 years of relevant legal experience (preferably in UAE).
• Strong knowledge of UAE commercial and corporate laws.
• Excellent contract drafting, negotiation and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• UAE Driving License mandatory.
