You will play a key role in protecting the company’s legal interests, managing agreements, and supporting management in decision-making.

💡 Key Responsibilities:

• ✔️ Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
• ✔️ Advise management on legal rights, risks, and compliance matters.
• ✔️ Handle company legal documentation and maintain proper records.
• ✔️ Provide legal support for company operations, HR, and business activities.
