Key Responsibilities

• Convert qualified inquiries into signed lease agreements, ensuring timely collection of deposits and documentation.
• Conduct client presentations, negotiations, and contract finalization in alignment with DP World's business policies.
• Maintain and update CRM systems to ensure accurate tracking of leads and sales pipelines.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Development teams to ensure client requirements are considered during project design and execution.
• Coordinate with legal, finance, and operations departments to ensure full contractual and regulatory compliance.
• Participate in exhibitions, industry events, and promotional roadshows to represent DP World and generate new leads.
• Engage with relevant government agencies and stakeholders in India and the UAE to facilitate business operations.
• Gather and analyze competitor and market intelligence in coordination with the Central Business Intelligence Team.
• Prepare periodic management reports highlighting leasing performance, pricing trends, and customer insights.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
