Key Responsibilities

• Support execution of business process improvement projects by coordinating activities, tracking milestones and maintaining project documentation
• Assist in gathering, organizing and analyzing operational data to identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities
• Monitor timelines, deliverables and budgets under guidance of the team lead to ensure quality standards are achieved
• Collaborate with internal departments to support implementation of approved process enhancements
• Prepare training materials and participate in awareness sessions to support smooth change adoption
• Maintain accurate records of follow-ups, action logs and progress reports
• Draft and update SOPs, workflows, templates and process documentation in alignment with subject matter experts
• Coordinate with IT, operations and business units to resolve issues during project rollout
• Ensure alignment of improvement initiatives with organizational goals and compliance standards
