Kanad Hospital is seeking a Learning & Development professional to conduct Training Needs Analyses and design development programs for staff and leaders. The role involves facilitating sessions, managing the annual training calendar, and tracking training records.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years in L&D or organizational development and may hold SHRM, CIPD, ATD, or Kirkpatrick certifications. A commitment to continuous learning and professional growth is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Education, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, or Organizational Development.
• Preferred: SHRM, CIPD, ATD, or equivalent Learning & Development certification.
• Kirkpatrick Four Levels Certification is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and identify development opportunities across the organization.
• Develop and implement learning and development programs for employees and leaders.
• Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and development initiatives.
• Manage the annual training calendar and training records.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Partner with department leaders to support workforce capability development.
