Job summary

Sundus in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Learning & Development professional to manage annual training calendars, budgets, and compliance with organizational policies. The role encompasses designing, delivering, and evaluating programs across classroom, virtual, and e-learning formats to support strategic learning goals.

You will collaborate with managers and external providers to drive talent development, succession planning, and professional certifications, ensuring programs align with competency

Responsibilities

• Manage annual training calendars and budgets while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and professional development requirements.
• Maintain training records, attendance reports, and learning databases.
• Prepare training reports, dashboards, and recommendations to support management decisions.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, performance indicators, and return on investment (ROI).
• Coordinate external training providers and consultants to support learning and development initiatives.
• Advise management on talent development, succession planning, leadership development, and professional certification programs.
• Collaborate with department managers to align learning initiatives with organizational objectives and competency frameworks.
• Deliver classroom, virtual, and blended learning sessions using coaching, mentoring, and on-the-job training methods.
• Design, develop, and implement training programs, workshops, presentations, manuals, and e-learning materials.
• Conduct training needs analysis to identify competency gaps and workforce development priorities.
