Job summary

Sheikh Shakhbout Medical City seeks an HR Learning & Development professional to drive end-to-end trainings and manage data-driven insights. You’ll collaborate with teams to develop content, engage stakeholders, and ensure high-quality, cost-conscious delivery.

Requirements include 3+ years in HR-L&D, experience with LMS, strong data analytics, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Hands-on operational execution and strategic project contribution are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years HR experience with a focus on Learning & Development.
• Hands-on experience with core learning concepts and operations.
• Excels in operational execution and contributes to strategic projects.
• Good data analytics and presentation skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledge of other learning tools/platforms.
• Experience with digital LMS to enhance learning experiences.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end execution of trainings driven by Corporate Learning.

Core Responsibilities

• Accountable for end-to-end execution of all trainings being driven by the Corporate Learning team
• Able to handle training-related tasks either independently or with minimal supervision
• Able to collect analyze and report pre during and post-training data
• Skills to handle large amounts of data to measure critical KPIs design dashboards and prepare reports for senior management
• Maintain training trackers and other related information accurately in databases
• Contribute towards content development needs in collaboration with other team members
• Has some experience with digital learning management systems and the latest technology in use to enhance the learning experience
• Effectively engage with both internal and external stakeholders to assess development needs
• Good communication skills to work on training-related comms employee engagement and content development
• Creative agility to find innovative solutions to problems and openness to working with different tools
• Ensure compliance with existing SOPs and policies
• Sustain a cost-conscious mindset with keen focus on quality
