• Experience with Training Needs Analysis (TNA), training planning, and evaluation.

Aufgaben

• Develop and implement the LD plan aligned with training requirements of the organization and departments.
• Conduct TNA with HODs and managers to identify skill gaps and prioritize programs.
• Create annual/monthly training calendars and ensure timely execution.
• Coordinate with internal trainers, external providers and institutes; organize induction/onboarding.
• Maintain training records, attendance, evaluations, certificates and participant history.
• Track training costs and assist in managing the LD budget; prepare LD reports and dashboards.
• Promote digital learning (LMS, e-learning, blended learning) and oversee learning resources.

Develop and implement the company s Learning Development L D plan based on organizational and departmental training requirements Conduct Training Needs Analysis TNA in coordination with HODs and managers Identify skill gaps and recommend appropriate training programs for employees Plan and coordinate technical behavioral leadership soft-skills and compliance training Coordinate with internal trainers external training providers consultants and institutes Develop annual and monthly training calendars and ensure timely execution Organize induction and onboarding training for new employees Coordinate role-specific training for employees across departments including technical and site teams Maintain complete training records attendance evaluation forms certificates and employee training history Monitor training participation and ensure employees complete mandatory training programs Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback assessments performance improvement and post-training reviews Develop and maintain training materials presentations manuals SOPs and learning resources Support managers in developing Individual Development Plans IDPs and career development initiatives Assist in developing competency frameworks and skill matrices for different positions Coordinate leadership and supervisory development programs for existing and potential future leaders Support succession planning and internal career development initiatives Track training costs and assist in managing the L D budget Prepare monthly and quarterly L D reports and management dashboards covering training hours participation costs completion rates and effectiveness Identify opportunities for digital learning e-learning LMS utilization and blended learning programs Ensure training activities comply with company policies and applicable UAE requirements Maintain confidentiality of employee development and performance-related information Bachelor's Degree in *Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, Psychology, or a related field*.*Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, or HR Development.*UAE experience is preferred, particularly within *construction, interior fit-out, engineering, hospitality, or other project-based organizations*.Strong understanding of *Training Needs Analysis (TNA), training planning, competency development, and training evaluation*.Experience in developing and managing *annual training calendars and L&D programs*.Hands-on experience coordinating both *technical and soft-skills training*.Good knowledge of onboarding, induction, employee development, career development, and competency frameworks.Experience working with *LMS platforms and digital learning tools* is an added advantage.Strong MS Office skills, particularly *Excel and PowerPoint*, for training records, reports, presentations, and dashboards.Excellent communication, presentation, coordination, and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple training programs simultaneously.Ability to work closely with HODs and understand departmental skill requirements.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a practical approach to employee development.Professional, approachable, and confident when interacting with employees at different levels.

Knowledge of HR systems and performance management processes is an added advantage.

Relevant L&D/Training certification such as *CIPD, ATD, SHRM, or equivalent* is an added advantage.
