Job summary

The Training Manager is responsible for designing implementing and overseeing comprehensive learning and development programs that align with organizational objectives This role focuses on enhancing employee performance developing leadership capabilities and fostering a culture of continuous learning across teams 5+ years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, instructional design, or talent management, preferably within a corporate environment. Bachelor s degree in human resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field (master s or relevant certification such as CPLP/ATD is a plus).

• Strong instructional design skills and familiarity with modern learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools.
• Excellent facilitation, public speaking, and interpersonal communication skills.
