Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute training programs across corporate functions in the GCC region
• Develop annual training calendars aligned with business and operational goals
• Design and implement learning initiatives based on evolving business needs
• Lead and guide the training team to improve performance and training outcomes
• Monitor effectiveness of training programs and optimize based on feedback and results
• Ensure cost‑effective delivery of training solutions and methodologies
• Develop product knowledge programs for new brands and ensure team readiness
