Job summary

Supabase is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to own and steer the Solutions Architecture function from a remote-enabled setup. You will shape architectural direction, support direct and partner sales, and drive PoC success while partnering with Sales, Engineering and Product leadership.

The role requires deep technical design expertise and a proven track record of growing technical teams in a modern software platform context.

Qualifications

Deep technical expertise in designing production-grade architectures.
Proven experience leading and growing technical sales teams.
Ability to manage channel-level coverage and rebalance resources based on pipeline.
Strong commercial mindset focused on team-wide ARR bookings.
Experience in an engineering or hands-on technical background.

Responsibilities

Own the health, direction, and performance of the Solutions Architecture function.
Hire, coach, and grow the SA team to ensure technical and commercial excellence.
Manage coverage models across Direct Sales, Hyperscalers, Accelerators, and Partners.
Oversee technical sales ownership, discovery, and PoC success.
Partner with Sales, Engineering, and Product leadership to align market signals with the roadmap.
Act as the escalation layer for complex architecture, security, or compliance objections.
