Supabase is a born-remote, open-source-first company with a globally distributed team dedicated to building tools that developers love. We are seeking a Technical Program Manager to structure complex initiatives, surface risks, and ensure coordinated launches across engineering, product, and design, in a fully remote environment.

You will partner with diverse teams, build robust tracking mechanisms, and communicate transparently to stakeholders while supporting remote collaboration and ESOP

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in technical program management for software, SaaS, or systems development.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale, cross-team software delivery programs.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong technical fluency to identify risks in plans and discuss architecture with senior engineers.
• Experience with project management tools at scale (Linear, Jira, etc.).
• Comfort operating in a fully remote, async-first environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Engineering, Product, and Design to structure and drive complex cross-team initiatives
• Design tracking, reporting, and escalation mechanisms to surface risk and progress
• Build processes to ensure predictable and coordinated launch readiness
• Map dependencies across projects and teams without shared reporting lines
• Maintain transparency into program goals and delivery quality through clear written communication
• Identify bottlenecks and communicate trade-offs to resolve them
