Job summary

Supabase is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead development of developer-tools and workflows for a global, remote team. You will shape roadmaps, align engineering, design, and leadership, and own launch success metrics for each release.

The role requires substantial experience with developer workflows and a hands-on technical mindset. The position is fully remote with worldwide hiring, offering ESOP and personal development opportunities.

Qualifications

7+ years of product management experience on developer tools or ex-founder background.
Proven track record of shipping developer-workflow products (CI/CD, migrations, or preview environments).
Hands-on technical ability to follow design discussions and understand code.
Bias toward action and ability to work asynchronously by default.
Familiarity with the Postgres ecosystem is a bonus.

Responsibilities

Identify needs and set the roadmap across the full spectrum of customers.
Unify the developer workflow including CLI, migrations, seeds, and Git integration.
Own launch outcomes and define success metrics for each release.
Manage the commercial shape and constraints of branching features.
Decide product priorities and manage alignment across engineering, design, and leadership.
