Job summary

Notabene is seeking a senior Solutions Architect/Head of Pre-Sales in Dubai to lead a small SA team and drive complex deal closures. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, and Engineering to craft joint GTM initiatives and align product direction with customer needs.

In this role, you will develop scalable SA processes, support POC design, and build deep relationships with executives at regulated financial institutions to accelerate digital finance initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of pre-sales leadership experience.
• 5+ years across technical sales, consulting, implementation, or GTM functions.
• Proven track record of building and leading SA/Sales Engineering teams in SaaS.
• Strong hands-on technical sales experience with APIs.
• Strong executive presence and ability to build deep customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Identify and close new, complex opportunities engaging with stakeholders
• Hire and lead a small Solutions Architecture team
• Develop systems and processes for the SA team to integrate into the broader GTM strategy
• Support the design and development of POCs and act as an escalation point for pre-sales technical issues
• Align with GTM leaders to identify market trends and provide insights to leadership and product teams
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Engineering to build joint GTM initiatives
• Establish credible relationships with prospects' decision-makers
• Champion the voice of customers to influence product roadmap and feature priorities
