Job summary

Q-Express Documents Transport - G25 seeks an ACES Specialist to help standardize last mile processes across SA operations in the UAE. You will partner with station teams to improve delivery quality and drive improvements through practical action plans.

Fluent English is required; knowledge of Lean methods and hands-on problem solving are highly valued. The role involves on-site work and cross-functional collaboration to achieve benchmark performance.

Qualifications

• Speak, write, and read fluently in English.
• Knowledge of Lean methodologies and process improvement.
• Experience driving operations and support-related projects.
• Experience using MS Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Onground support and first contact for station management on process improvements.
• Share best practices to standardize networks across operations.
• Monitor logistics and delivery KPIs for station and road performance.
• Create action plans and execute to drive performance to benchmarks.
• Drive order execution improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
