Job summary

Amazon Dubai is seeking an ACES Team Lead to drive process standardization in last mile (LM) operations. You will lead improvements, establish governance for delivery stations, and work with station management to share best practices and metrics that raise quality, speed and cost efficiency.

The role demands hands-on problem solving, strong analytical skills, and the ability to coordinate across multiple teams including operations, IT and training.

Qualifications

• Experience in distribution and/or fulfillment in fast-paced logistics environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with data-driven mindset.
• Fluent in English with strong written and spoken communication skills.
• High level of interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
• Willingness to work non-traditional shifts including nights.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to deep dive and identify obstacles to improve on-road and in-station quality metrics.
• Deployment and audit of new/existing process standards and upgrades with station management and stakeholders.
• Support development and piloting of process improvements and benchmarking initiatives.
• Contribute to audit initiatives and support results-driven action planning.
• Lead and design process governance for delivery associates’ working hours and headroom utilization.
